Product Overview The AD8541/AD8542/AD8544 are single-channel, dual-channel and quad-channel rail-to-rail input and output, single-supply amplifiers featuring extremely low supply current and 1MHz bandwidth. All devices operate from 2.7V and 5V single supplies. These devices deliver 1MHz bandwidth while consuming only 45μA per amplifier. The AD8541/AD8542/AD8544 feature exceptionally low input bias current, making them suitable for integrators, photodiode amplifiers, piezoelectric sensors, and other applications requiring high source impedance. With a supply current of just 45μA per amplifier, they are well-suited for battery-powered applications. The rail-to-rail input and output facilitate the implementation of ASIC buffering within single-supply systems. The AD8541/AD8542/AD8544 are optimised to maintain high gain at lower supply voltages, enabling their use in active filters and gain stages. They are rated for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
