AT-MEGA-8AThe ATmega8A Microcontroller is a 32-pin microcontroller with 8-bit AVR Architecture. The controller has an in-built internaloscillator and watchdog timer. It has 32kB of Flash memory and 512 bytes of EEPROM. ATmega8A Microcontroller has an operatingvoltage from 2.7V to 5.5V hence suitable for low voltage applications. It has two 8-bit timer and one 16-bit timer, 1 comparatorand 8 channel 10-bit ADC. It supports UART, I2C and SPI communication protocols. It has internal and external interrupts and alsosupports five power saving modes. Other Atmega boards include Atmega32A, Atmega328P.
