74HC574PWRIt achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent L STTL while maintaining the CMOS low pow er dissipation.The active low enable i nput can be used for gating or it can b e used as a data input for demultiplexi ng applications.When the enable input is held "H", all four outputs are fixed at a high logic level independent of t he other inputs.
